Our team, based in the East Midlands, comprises of two elements; Elite Development Team (EDT) and the ‘Team – pathway to EDT’.  This allows us to grow riders from within our ranks and develop them providing opportunities from local to international level where appropriate. 

We are a team with big aspirations!  Our unique selling point is the ethical development and education of young athletes; particularly those in the under 23 category and have vast experience and success in this field.  We strongly believe in drug free, fair sport, honesty and respect.

Our development pathway is rider centred and facilitated through the creation of opportunities for athletes to achieve their goals and progress further.

During 2026 our goal is to race the National Road Series, UCI Cicle Classic, National Circuit Series, Ras Tailteann, Tour Series, National Championships and races in Europe. All this while supporting and developing our ‘Team” racing at regional level.

In 2021 we were awarded Elite Development Team status by British Cycling; a status we have retained year on year.
