We are considering rider applications for our 2027 team.

Whether your ambition is to win regional races, compete at national level or progress towards the professional ranks, Team PB Performance provides the environment, support and opportunities to help you get there.

About Team PB Performance

Team PB Performance is more than just a race team, it is a rider development programme and community.

Everything we do is built around helping riders improve, while promoting clean sport, honesty and respect.

Based in the East Midlands, we operate one team, comprising of two parts:

Elite Development Team (EDT) & Race Team

Much of what you need to know is detailed here including what you need to know about coaching. Not all riders have to be coached (but why wouldn’t you – we have a proven record of success and are very good; ask anyone we work or have worked with), The criteria is in the information sheet.
