Louise Bennett finished 2nd AG at the east Leake Sprint triathlon at the weekend. Louise set a personal best in the swim before completing a strong bike and a solid run. Louise’s missed last years race, and last season due to due injury, so was pleased to be back in action with a podium result. Louise’s next race is the first round of the Midland Super Series at Lincoln.
