2025 Team Applications

*We have updated our recruitment policy to include some updates to coaching requirements; please don’t assume you know 😉*

We are considering rider applications for our 2025 team.

We are looking for riders across all disciplines; Road, Time Trial, Cyclo-Cross, Gravel, MTB and Track.

For 2025, our goal remains to support and develop riders on the road at national level whilst continuing to support and strengthen our existing ‘Race Team’ and expanding the range of disciplines.

As a result, we are considering riders for our team on two fronts:

Elite Development Team (EDT):

For the 2025 season, the team wishes to again support the development of U23 riders and those senior riders wishing bridge the gap between regional racing and the step up to national level.  We are also looking for experienced senior riders to add depth and support the developing riders.

Preferably, riders will have gained at least their first category license, however applications will be accepted from second category, and over 23 riders, who can demonstrate appropriate progression and aspiration through their racing or the experience/performances that can support the younger riders and achieve results for our team. Our passion is the development and education of riders within a supportive and ethical environment.

The race programme will be a balance of National B and National A/UCI races to give a breadth of opportunities.  Our programme will include the National Road Series, U23 National Road Series, National Circuit Series, UCI International Cicle Classic, National Road & Circuit Championships and Ras Tailteann (Ire) which we raced in 2023 and 2024.  These races, where applicable, will be supported with team car, mechanic, soigneur and coaching support.  Rider programmes can be individually discussed and tailored to maximise results and development.

Race Team:

The Race Team comprises of both regional and national level riders (not in the EDT).

At a regional level, we are looking to continue our strong presence and success in the East Midlands Road Race League (EMRRL) and regional races.  For the those above 2nd cat we look to have success in national B road and circuit racing.  These riders may also have the opportunity to join the team at national level races where appropriate opportunities arise.  Our Race Team offers the opportunity to progress to our national elite development team in future; a pathway that has seen numerous riders successfully do so.  As well as the road disciplines, we are also keen to encourage riders in Time Trial, Cyclo-Cross, Gravel, MTB and Track cycling disciplines; welcoming riders who do not necessarily want to be part of the road programme and are keen to represent us in other disciplines.

Our Promise:

We strive to add to more to our offer but will not promise things we cannot deliver; we do what we say we will do with no false promises.
