We provide detailed analysis of training files, including power files, and use the TrainingPeaks coaching platform to facilitate dynamic and regular communication between athlete and coach; TrainingPeaks offers the athlete the ability to receive, view and log training via computer, iphone, ipod, ipad or android device.

On a budget, new to the sport or an experienced athlete who would like a coach to oversee their training, give guidance and suggest progression?
The coach will evaluate your sessions using Training Peaks to offer guidance and suggestions to progress your training. There are no prescribed training sessions with this package, so if this is what you are looking for then take a look at the other programmes starting with the Progression Programme.
This programme is aimed at those who would like a personalised training plan, based on their specific goals and lifestyle, with limited contact with the coach.
Following an initial consultation, training will be set and evaluated monthly; there is no evaluation of heart rate or power files with this programme.
If you are looking for a personalised plan to improve your fitness, work towards a goal/challenge or competitive events, and are happy to go away and get on with it with limited contact and analysis from your coach, then this is the plan for you.
This programme is aimed at athletes who wish to improve their race performance and is our longest running programme.
Following an initial consultation including analysis of previous training, the coach will plan training sessions on a weekly basis. There will be reviews of heart rate or power files, progress testing and regular coach:athlete communication. Following events there will be post race analysis and feedback.
If you are looking for a personalised training programme with regular coach feedback and analysis this is the package for you.
This is for the performance athlete who would like unlimited contact and support from their coach as well as daily monitoring of training so adjustment can be made day to day in response to training.
It includes all the features of the performance programme and, in addition to the unlimited coach contact, the athlete will receive a nutrition evaluation, strength and conditioning recommendations and athlete mentoring; each athlete will have access to a coaching group and be supported by both head coach Paul and assistant coach, massage therapist and mentor Louise.
